I have an existing behaviour in which MHT documents with Chinese
titles cannot be opened from document libraries. The screen will
return "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage". I have tested
uploading Chinese titled documents in word, excel, PDF, txt and they
all opened successfully. Is there a plugin or filter that I need to
install or is it that SPS2003 does not know how to handle such
documents? The locale for my SPS is english.
