My config> Sharepoint SP1 > IBM Dual 2g processor, 3 gig
ram, Win Server with SP3.

Problem:

When I have a version 1.o document and check it out and
then back in, the date of the version 1.0 changes to the
Version 2.0 date.

Example: V1.0 with date of 12/3/2002

check out the above version today 01/21/03

The v.2 has the date of 01/21/03 AND the V1.0 has todays
date as well...?

I have installed on a test server with SP1 and the same
thing happens?
