Changing Webpart Look and Feel

On a SP2010 site I want to change the look and feel of the webpart. I want the
title bar to be a different color, change the border, etc. What is the easiest
way to do that. I've googled for an answer and not come up with an easy

Every webpart, or just one? If you want to make the changes across the
board, then I'd suggest learning how to override CSS classes.

Just the webparts on one page.................

The easiest way to change the webparts on a single page is still to use CSS.
The difference is that you will want to add your custom CSS file just to that
page and not to the rest of the site. Probably the easiest way to do that is by
embedding it in a Content Editor Web part on that particular page.

Ok, I'll take a look at that. From my searches I suspected that CSS was the way
to do it, so I must get smart on CSS now.
