Changing "My Site"

I am trying to change the My Site look and feel.
Anyone have any good ideas...?

Anyone know how to lock down My Site to the users, but still have so I can
(admin) use that as a directory with pictures?

You can always hide My site  link to users.

How did you do a bulk association of the picture to the correct personnel?

Built a custom program using the SharePoint Object
Model. There is C# code in the SharePoint Products and
Technologies Resources Kit book.

I am changing  My Sites...I figured it out. There is
SPP, WSS and their is a "My Sites" css sheet
"owspers.css" there are also changes you can make in
the onet.xm. and the SPMSites directory...piece of
cake once you know how...those darn css sheets can be
a bear...
