Changing the look of MOSS.... AKA Skins/Customization

Does anyone know where I could get some site customization templates
for MOSS 2007? Is there a third party who might have developed
templates for sale?

Microsoft used to have a site loaded with templates for Sharepoint 2003
but doesn't have any available for 2007.

I would like to change the "out the box" look right now without having
to take months learning about Sharepoint Designer.

Any advice would be much appreciated.
