Changing the default day view in a calendar webpart

Asked By: Paul    Date: Feb 10    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 5338

I created a web part page with 6 different zones, each one containing
a separate calendar web part, defaulted on the day view. Each list
contains a different room that we have for our conference rooms. What
I would I like to do is to have all the days start and end at the same
time. By default, the day view goes from 7 AM to 5 PM. When there is a
meeting in one of the rooms for 6 AM, it shows up on that particular
list but then all the other lists are still defaulted at 7 AM and they
don't line up. I would like to have all the lists start at 6 AM,
instead of 7 AM.

Is this possible to do?

Yes, in the Site Settings, click on "Regional Settings".
In there, there is a section called "Define your work week", which is
where you can set the start  and end  time of a work day. This applies to
the whole site.
