How do i change the tile barof IE to read the "compny name - subsite

I'm setting up MOSS 2007 and I want help on the problem below. I want to
change the titleto reflect the company name and the current subsite etc.
how can I change the "pages - home" in the masterpage to reflect the site
/ portal name and the current current subsite I.e "My company -HR Dept"
how can I change the "pages - home" in the masterpage to reflect the site /
portal name and the current current subsite I.e "My company -HR Dept"

because I relised it takses the current folder and the name of the current page.
