How can I change the owner of a webpart after the owner account has

Old accounts were removed from SQL and one of the accounts was the
owner of some webparts. Now that the owner has been removed, the
webpart are not displayed correctly. Does anyone know how to change
the owner of a webpart after the owner account no longer exists?
