CEWP HTML question

I have an HTML code with three simple html input type text box in a CEWP. When I enter a text to the text boxes and refresh or do postback I want to retain the value in the text box. Is there any JavaScript I can add to the CEWP so that it retains the text when postback.

I know this is not really a SharePoint question but please give any advice.
