CEWP customizations

2 questions:

[1] Is it possible to have a wysiwyg editor for an RSS feed? It would be
like the RSS Reader with CEWP abilities ?

[2] How do you enforce strict corporate web styles when the CEWP allows
for anything to be displayed or created (Pink headlines, blink tags,
etc)....

Perhaps I'm offbase on this, but what you're describing was thought to
have been resolved by the use of master and content pages. I don't
think that branding of a site has been conceptualized to extend to the
CEWP.

Not so much for branding but for keeping all corporate  intranet
content, individual announcements, stories consistently in the same
look and feel.

I was wondering if anyone had ideas for limiting the CEWP for only 5
different predefined CSS styles  and allow the buttons for : only 1
font, 3 different font sizes, 3 different colors, bold, italisize,
bullet, alignment, link, insert picture and thats it.... I'm looking
to limit creativity as much as possible.

If this is the wrong approach, then please point me in the right
direction :) I'm very appreciative of yours and everyone's feedback
and advice!

Xstandard and TinyMCE are web  editors that allow this type of
(necessary, IMHO) restriction ability. Neither come in a SharePoint
flavor, yet, so you'll have to integrate them yourself.

I'm going to be trying out the Telerik MOSS editor  as soon as I can.
Lots of folks seem to recommend it. Not sure if it has the functionality
you are looking for, though.

This is a great article on removing fonts, bold, font color, etc  from
your content editor  webpart. This is perfect to keep your portal in
tact and limiting people's creativity. It even shows how to load custom
pre-defined styles  via the css.
