Central Server Administration in SPPS V2 Beta

When I go to the portal, www.portal.com everything comes up ok,
however some areas when clicked go to the lan version so it of course
does not render as I am coming in from the web - Ex: Central server
administration when clicked goes to cannot find server -- the address
in the explorer bar is http://wsi:24570/sps, where have I gone wrong??

You need to define external url paths that can be used for intranet,
internet,
you can do this from the central administration page > virtual server and
portal site config > configure alternate access settings
hope this ans ur problem
