Can't open browser enable InfoPath 2007 form

Asked By: Pallavi    Date: Feb 14    Category: MOSS    Views: 1880

I have a VM with SharePoint 2007, Visual Studio 2005 and InfoPath 2007
which I have created a webservice behind to support multiple dropdown
lists on the form. The infopath form is published to a SharePoint

The form works great, however, when I try to open the browser enable
infopath form (from a saved item in the supporting SharePoint 2007 doc
library), I get an error - stating the form could not be opened within
the browser.

I have ensured that form services feature is running on the site, that
the security level on the form is set to "domain" and that the site is
added to trusted sites.

Any help to get this form working with the browser would really help

Open the form  in design mode and try running the Design Checker. I
have found forms that publish to the server quite happily can
actually have a fundamental problem that the Design Checker picks up.
I think it is poor design that InfoPath will still publish such forms
to the server.
