Can't access doc library via UNC Path

For some reason I am not able to access a document library via UNC on
my production site. I have a development site that has the same path
and document library (other than a different server) and it works fine.
It gives me an error that the network path cannot be found. I am a
site collection administrator on both sites.

Is there a setting on IIS or SP Central Administration to allow access
via UNC?

Are you accessing from the same client? If not, make sure the "Web
Client" service is running on the client side.

For my personal laptops, Vista and SharePoint do not like '%20' in the
URL. If I actually leave the space, then it will work. Just throwing
this out there...
