"Cannot Connect to Server at this time. Your list cannot be publish

I see that a few people have recieved this error "Cannot Connect to
Server at this time. Your list cannot be published" when they try and
publish an Excel sheet to SharePoint however no real resolution has
been posted. I have WSSv2 SP2, Office Pro, and recieve this error
when I try and publish an Excel sheet, I know this feature works as I
have done it before....not sure whats going on now. Any ideas?
