Calling the JavaScript file to sharepoint

I have a one .js or .css file h'w can i call these files in to sharepoint site..?

Multiple way to do it, depends on whether you want to do it on every page or on a specific Page.

1. If on every page then put the links on your Master Page (for .Js and .CSS)
2. If for specific pages (based on a Page Layout) then insert it into the Page Layout.
3. If you want to put it on a web part page (just one) then put the .Js and .CSS contents inside a content editor web part.

u can use Content query webpart to call  , css  or js, put the file  in the folder and give the link in ur code, it will work smooth
