I am running a pilot release of My Sites within my company in SPS
2003. One weird thing that is happening is the My Calendar web part
shows all users calendars in Eastern Time zone, even though some users
live in a different time zone. The users that live in non-eastern
time zones confirmed that their Web Outlook calendar shows in their
proper time zone.

There are no web part configuration settings that allow you to diplay
the web part based on a specific time zone. It looks as if it renders
calendar items based on the time zone that the sharepoint server is
set to.

Does anyone know if there is a trick to getting this web part to work
where it shows the calendar items in the same time zone as a users Web
Outlook displays?
