Calculating a date within sharepoint

Does anyone have any suggestions calculating a date within sharepoint ia
have been trying to calculate a due date from (Submitted date- Column)+10
the fomula is below but I jst cant seem to get it to work properly.

=IF(AND((WEEKDAY(Date_Due,2))<(WEEKDAY([Date Submitted],2)),((WEEKDAY([Date
Submitted],2))-(WEEKDAY(Date_Due,2)))>1),(((DATEDIF([Date
Submitted],Date_Due,"D")+1))-(FLOOR((DATEDIF([Date
Submitted],Date_Due,"D")+1)/7,1)*2)-2),(((DATEDIF([Date
Submitted],Date_Due,"D")+1))-(FLOOR((DATEDIF([Date
Submitted],Date_Due,"D")+1)/7,1)*2)))/2

That's no date  calculation; it's a space station.

Seriously, though, that's a big formula block. What exactly is the
immediate problem here? It sounds like you could do what you want with
this:

=[Date Submitted]-[Date_Due]

...but if you're actually having trouble with the rest of the logic, let me
know.
