I need your expertise to get this working. I have a list that tracks a budget

and uses a calculated column to set the value of the rates for all project

members, using the following formula: =IF([Team Member]="John

Smith","60.64",IF([Team Member]="Jane Smith","62.32",etc.

Now, one of the members has changed his rate and I don't know how to add the

condition: "AND Date > 01/31/2010" to add the new rate.

Can anybody please help me with the right syntax?
