Business Data Catalog - How to configure in Central Administration?

I have downloaded the SharePoint SDK and have created a definition file,
that I want to import in SharePoint Central Admin site.

But I can find NO references to BDC withing Central Admin. What am I missing
here? ...besides a few menus

Maybe MOSS Enterprise Edition???

The BDC settings are in the Shared Services Provider (SSP) section of Central Administration. If you have MOSS then you should have a link to the SSP in the left panel of Central Admin. If you have an SSP then you have MOSS, if the SSP lists the BDC and Excel Services then you have the Enterprise Edition.
