Built-in accounts are used as application pool

I can't seem to spot why I keep getting this error reported.

SharePoint 2010 Enterprise is installed in a Farm configuration on one
front end server.
SQL 2008 is installed on another server with the SP db's. At this time
there is no more than a single front end server and the SQL server in
the farm.
I'm using several different AD Accounts to run services (search,
services and farm all have their own accounts).

The error is a warning that my configuration is not supported but
despite numerous attempts at reading and re-reading documentation I
can't seem to spot what I've configured incorrectly. The error
explaination is:

"Using built-in accounts like Network Service or Local System as
application pool or as service identities is not supported in a farm
configuration. The following services are currently running as
built-in identities on one or more servers: SPTraceV4(Windows Service)

I'm NOT using the Network Service or the Local System accounts for any
SP service. Yet the warning continues.
I have verified the following.
In Server Manager, Services that none of the SharePoint services are
using either of those accounts.
In the Central Admin, Security, Service Accounts that none of the
services are using either of those accounts.
In Server Manager, Internet Information Manager, Application Pools
that none of the applications are using either of those accounts.

Could the error be indicating that something on my SQL server is at
fault? I'm stumped at this point...
