Building Medium server farm from a single server...

We are building Medium server farm. Our current environment is single
farm. I would like to know the things we should take care of in this
process.The medium farm has 2 WFE ( NLB ) 2 SQL Server( Clustered) and
1 job Server. Our aim is to create extranets.Please shread your
thoughts on where the Extranet sites should be built.
