Build a KPI based on a custom list

Asked By: Norberto    Date: Sep 28    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 1889

I have a custom list for tracking "helpdesk" cases each item has a due date .

What I would like to build is a KPI that shows the late item count / total item count .

I check the standard kpi but for the targets would have to be manually set thus this is not comparing sum to sum . What wold be the best approach to build this . Say the late tickets should be bellow 10% .

You can add a DataView web part with an extra calculated column to display an indicator based  on the calculation
