Branding migrated sites

We have a site template that was created for us by a contractor some time ago
for our MOSS 2007 team sites. We're in the process of migrating WSS v2 team
sites from the legacy environment over to our 2007 farm. How would we go about
utilizing the branded master page? When I go into the Master Page selection
screen, I don't see an entry for it.
