If you want to add approvers to an enhanced folder, you select their
name from a list box of users on the domain, but for the email
address you have to enter the address in fully qualified domain name
(abc.xyz@...) format. This is a hassle if you often
find yourself adding approvers to folders. Is there a way to have
the Outlook Global Address book appear so that you can select the
address from that, or at least make it so you don't have to type the
address for the same person every time you add that person to a
different folder? Perhaps a listbox of email addresses for everyone
already added to folders on the site?
