I need some guidance here on Sharepoint 2007. I want to create a
sharepoint template that includes a Title, Body and a Picture
placeholder. When the custom template is applied to the new site, the
user only needs to enter in the Title, Body and a Picture and then
publish the site.

So the Template can look something like this:

(Picture PlaceHolder)
This is the HR Department (Here is the Title Placeholder)

This is the Body information of the HR Department. (Here is the Body
Placebolder)

I have Sharepiont Designer 2007 as a Editor tool. Could someone plz
guide me on how I can create such a template and apply it to new sites.
