How best to structure this wiki

We need to set up a wiki and I'm struggling with getting my head around how best
to structure it in Sharepoint so if anyone has any suggestions let me know.

We basically need to store multiple pages for each client, and have some way to
see all the pages associated to a client in some kind of easy to read list.

I'm thinking of creating a seperate "Client Wiki" site. As sharepoint can't have
a heirarchy of wiki pages shown in a tree view (which would be ideal) I'm
thinking of having a wiki library for each client, named after the client. The
home page for each library will basically just have two lists on it, one showing
all pages and one showing recently modified.

Is that the easiest way of doing it? Anyone else have any suggestions?

SharePoint 2007 built-in Wiki is not truly a wiki.
It doesn't support many of the wiki features, you can't import or export pages.
It is essentially what is professionals called CRAP.

I haven't truly done a site with SP 2010, so I willhold off on those comments.

There are 3rd party solutions out there:

Bamboo Solutions does demos for code camp, so they are the only ones I have seen
in action.
