BDC Definition Editor Installation Error on Windows 7

I am using MOSS2007 on Windows 7, which is working fine.
But when i try to install BDC Definition Edition the error is as follows.

"The Installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869."
