Backup/Restore question

Currently have a production portal server version 2003 (I will call it
SP1) using a production sql database (called SQL1). I have used the
SharePoint backup and restore utility (GUI) to back up this server.

Now I need to restore it to my test environment (SP2 and SQL2) using the
restore utility. I have copied the backup files to the test sever. When
I run this on the test server, I get a message in the gui that says "A
portal site using this site database already exists, and the sql server
it is referring to is SQL1.

My question is, how do I tell the gui to look at SQL2 for the restore?
