Backup without Frontpage

Is there a way to backup WSS sites without using FP?

Do searches for "STSADM" and "SMIGRATE."

I'm talking about backing up document workspaces, not the whole site. Sorry if I wasn't specific enough.

Smigrate will do individual webs. That should work for Document Workspaces.

Stsadm (although you must backup  the whole collection) or smigrate.
