Backup and restore Moss 2007 farm as FULL on new Hardware mac

Can any body tell me how to backup and restore Moss 2007 farm as FULL on
new Hardware machine.

Do you mean a full backup  and restore  as in total server failure?

Have you done a full backup  of the server and database?
What software did you use to backup the server?
