one of my friend is trying to restore the backup, but it is not
happening.she is getting this error

Then again she tried doing it on the other machine this time she got this
error

this is the error i get on restoring
error:1AD ActiveX component can't create object
Check event log for details

i tired checking the services and evrything , but doesnt find any soultion

intially i thought the backup file must be corruot , but when restoring on
second pc it worked but gave active cannot create object.
