Backup

I recently setup a new WSS site for my company. I am looking for a
simmple and inexpensive way to restore files that are deleted. It is
setup with a single SQL database on a single Windows 2003 server.

Stsadm -o backup  -url http://yoursite/ -filename NameMe.spb

I believe i got the syntax right... its early morning and im still
waking up.

I have a small article you may want to look at as I explain this a
