How to do backup

how to do backup in sharepoint where i can completely
backup my database, all the links everything made on
MS Sharepoint Portal Server 2003, i mean everything

You can use the native SharePoint backup  and restore tool. One of
the options is to backup "All server  farm components." This
basically backs up everything (your sites, databases, indexes,
etc.) If you want to restore from that backup, you would use the
same tool, using the XML file that was created at backup time.

One caveat to Tim's response - this won't backup  customizations done to template
files or additional graphics, etc you add as a customization that reside on the
server file system. Those must be backed up using a normal file backup.
