Automation of client renewals

How can I acheive this Task: automation of client renewals
1. Add a new client with services taken
- A marketing department staff can add a client when they sign a deal
with the client
- Chief Accountant will approve this, confirm the entry in the backend
accounting system and make sure he/she have the signed agreement
- There will be a field called “Account Manager” for each client
- Each services taken by client will have a start date, end date
- Account managers can view/search clients/services belongs to them and
see the report
- Head of marketing can view/search all clients/services.
- Account manager can add/remove services from client and chief
accountant should approve
- There should be a way to update the third party licenses/services
used for the client with renewal date(for e.g. domain name renewal, renewal of
s/w etc)
- Alert system that will send alert to Account Manager/Marketing Head
for expiry/renewal.
