Has anyone ever tried to run an Authorware file from Sharepoint
and write data back to Sharepoint? We can run the Authorware file but
the program will not write data to the SharePoint server. We are just
recording basic info (user name, store, id) The program will write data
to the local users hard drive but that won't work since the computers
are scattered across the country. With the data being written back to
SharePoint we have one location to grab the data.

Any ideas or thoughts?

I've tried and I could not get it to work. My assumption is that like
many applications out there, Macromedia didn't put WEBDAV support into
Authorware. So you have to store  on a local file  system or network file
system, and then copy it up.

I would try using FTP or HTTP to upload the basic  info you get from the
user. You can do that but it's not 100% secure.
