Author of Document Library

I am very new to SharePoint 2010 foundation which I am working for less than a week.
My question is: How do I know who has created a particular document library? In other words, for any uploded document we have 2 fields - created by and modified by. Is there anything similar to know who has created a particular doc library? And if so, on which date?

not possible. SP Foundation doesn't provide any information in the UI regarding who created the document library and when.

Thanks Dennis for your confirmation. I had reached the same conclusion after some research, but was not sure.
