We recently upgraded from a single server SharePoint Installation to a Medium Server Farm. During this process we broke the Audiences feature. When we try to compile the audiences we get an error saying that we are unable to see the group membership of the groups we are basing the audiences from.
We recently found that we are able to manually make the audience compiler run (command prompt). We still have a problem when we do the compilation on the Job/Index server, but if we run it from the Front End server, everything works just fine. Any idea what could be wrong?
