Having trouble getting this list setup and was wondering if anyone has ever come accross a free template to resolve such a scenario.

Lets imagine I have 3 SharePoint lists - Pupils, Teachers and Classrooms. What I need to be able to do is pull in data from all these 3 lists to create registers, I can create such registers ok using say a calendar list (this contains date and time etc and number of weeks to run for) what I cannot do with this however is export this list in the necessary format (see attached).

It's reaqlly difficult to explain my requirements, but just imagine a web part / template for say a school whereby you have pupils, teachers classrooms and pull all of this information in to make lessons.......I need to be able to export the data in a format like the following:
