Approval workflow for shared mailbox

I have a problem with the built-in Approval workflow when sent to a
shared mailbox in Outlook. By default the members of a shared mailbox
are not allowed to approve the workflow, only the user that owns the
mailbox is.

Question: Is there any setting in SharePoint I could use to allow anyone
to approve a workflow, please?

Only the members of the shared mailbox will be able to read the request
for approval, so it should be ok to allow "anyone" to approve
the workflow.

What I've tried:
I tried to send the workflow in parallel to both the shared mailbox and
the members of the mailbox, but then the whole idea with receiving
e-mail for approval in one place (the shared mailbox) falls. Also, I
found out that if the user received the request for approval of a
workflow in both normal e-mail and shared mailbox, only the link in the
direct e-mail works. If the user clicks the approval link inside the
shared mailbox in Outlook, SharePoint will tell that user is not allowed
to approve (although they are), so SharePoint must somehow be able to
tell the difference of a click in the shared mailbox vs direct e-mail to
