Apply Different Style to CQWP

I got a task that I need some guide.

I need to apply different style (font, text color and size) to CQWP. For
example, apply style A onto CQWP A and apply style B to CQWP B. The CQWPs will
be placed on same team site template.

I know i can change itemstle.xsl to change style on CQWP but have no idea how to
apply different style.

Can anybody give me some ideas or some links that I can get some idea?

Place a content editor web part on the same page with <style>...</style> in the
code editor.
