Application Web Part

I work in a mainframe shop. We use a 3270 propram that I would like to
bring up in a web part. I quess what I'm looking for is a web part
that will display other application. This program can be loaded on the
sharepoint server, and have multipule log ons.

What you are looking for sounds like an SSO enabled web  part to fire off your
application. I think they have to be written for the application  itself.

Applinx has some webparts that will simply let you interact with your mainframe
directly.
