Anyone have experience with Galaxy SharePoint Backup and Restore

I read the Windows IT Pro review of SharePoint Backup and Restore
software. Does anyone have real world experience with Galaxy by
CommVault? I wonder what their support is like? One of our systems
people told me that Microsoft will NOT help troubleshoot SharePoint if
it is backed up or restored from a third-party product.

We used it. We didn't renew for budget reasons but I loved it. I worked perfectly.
