Has anyone done SSRS with Sharepoint Integration in a multi server

I have it working in a single server environment but I am getting all
kinds of permisson problem when trying to configure via Central Admin,
Deploying reports from BI Management , trying to access he Report
Schedule link in Site settings.

Are there any good docs, sites, etc for reference info. I also that I
noticed a diferrent of Report Center/Web parts in a 64 bit SP & SQL
environment than I did in an all 32 bit environment.
