Anonymous user issue

1. We enabled Anonymous Access (Internet Guest Account) in IIS and added the user (IUSR_ServerName) in SharePoint as Contributor.

2. Enabled anonymous access from link http://[server name]/_layouts/1033/spanon.aspx, selected the second radio button Areas, content and search.

3. Logged in as another user who is admin, but this user is just treated as a reader. In fact all the users are treated with reader permissions.

The requirement is to allow internet users access the portal as contributor rights for training purposes.
