If I enable anonymous access at the my site root:
http://mysitehost/_layouts/settings.aspx

And the create a my site after that, I still have to enable anonymous
access again on my newly created my site.

Once I do that, and I create a subsite that inherits permissions,
anonymous access does translate down the subsite.

What I need if for a newly created top level mysite to already be set
up for anonymous access purely for the inheritance function to its
subsequent subsite (even though an anonymous user cannot access the top
level mysite).
Any ideas?
