Announcements Web Part (V1.0)

I tried importing the Announcements web part into my portal and I get a script
execution error. I'm currently accessing my portal using SSL (https://). The web
part works fine without SSL (http://). But not with SSL. Can somebody please
provide me with some assistance.

Take a look at

tweak a couple of items to use it both with and without https:

I was able to import the web part but when I try to create a new announcements,
I get this message:

Setting Else Condition oCDODoc.Property
:urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office#Title = gsdgs
Err = 424 Desc = Object required

Setting Else Condition oCDODoc.Property
:urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office#Description =
Err = 424 Desc = Object required

Setting Else Condition oCDODoc.Property :abstract =
Err = 424 Desc = Object required

Save
Err = 424 Desc = Object required

Does anybody know what this means?
