When I try to use the "new and improved" announcements web part (the one
that just lists the title and abstract and not the author, timestamp, etc),
it works fine when using the default announce.xml and the Announcements
folder inside of Portal Content.

However, if I switch it to another location and use a different announce.xml
(like announce2.xml), it gives the "Script Execution Error: Wrong number of
arguments or invalid property assignment" message.

I've tried:
- checking directory I'm pointing to has announcement profile added
(this same directory works w/built-in announcements web part)
- setting the savefolder to same as readfolder
- spsfaq and checking newsgroups
- renaming to other .xml names

The other thing I'd like to be able to do is change the format so it does
the author's name as first name last name from Active Directory instead of
DOMAIN\username (that's the other announcements web part, not this one).
