I saw one at http://www.mysharepoint.de/docs/NetMeeting.htm it's it German but it
worked in standard html.

http://www.mysharepoint.de/docs/nm.htm contains the html (warning: don't click unless you have netmeeting already installed).

The problem I had with it when I tried it out last week was that when this
content was embedded HTML, anytime I went to a dashboard  that contained that
code, my machine rebooted. Hard.

When I wrapped the html into an .htm and then pointed the web  part TO the
html (as in get content from...), it worked.

I haven't actually tried it with a web cam yet.
