Allow users to mark any page for review

I need to be able to allow users to mark any page as needing review. My initial
thought is to use a tag called "review" and then have a tag cloud web part on
the home page to show pages needing review. However people wont mark pages with
review, or they will spell it wrong...or something.

So, I was thinking, is there a way to put a "Mark for Review" icon on the main
spribbon toolbar next to the "I Live This" button? I've had a dig in the
designer but I can't see any way to edit or copy the "I live This" button and

Using SPD 2010 you can add a custom action (Ribbon Button) to a list/library
which can be used to start a workflow, navigate to a form, or navigate to a
