My Alerts!!

Asked By: Akeem    Date: Sep 24    Category: Sharepoint    Views: 718

Is there a way to see all your alerts at one place? I am not asking about the site alerts only, but the complete sites exists under a portal?

Single site alerts can be seen by going to “Site Settings->My Alerts on this Site”, but how to see all the sites alerts on a single place, like viewing “Alerts Summary” at My Site?

Use can also use Outlook 2003 to view your alerts. Choose Rules and
Alerts from the Tools menu.

This sounds like a great way to view alerts. But I am not 100%
sure how to set this up. Could you provide more details.

Choose Rules and Alerts from the Tools menu in Outlook 2003. Choose the
Manage Alerts tab. From this dialog you should see all the alterts that
you setup on any SharePoint Portal or SharePoint Web. You can manage
these alerts and even setup new alerts from here.
